The sleek metallic skyline of Canary Wharf, a geometrically perfect canal cut by a steel dagger of a bridge and a small red brick home across. My next challenge never posed such contrasting elements.
So what’s the approach? Well, I decided to make a home out of an office and judging from the photos : the warm lines used, the earthy tones, the London sky blue of the corridor, it was a resounding success. From the office of the Director where the feeling is one of a colonial living room, to the office of the employees done up almost with a fun feel, a feel of a children’s room, motifs and signature style manage to create this true masterpiece of a “Stuart Little-esque” home desperately trying to disrupt the modern monolith that is Canary Wharf..
