Who is responsible

This website is run by Tanya Nikolic, interior designer, Tivat, Montenegro. For anything about your data, write to tanya@tanya.design.

What the contact form collects

When you use the form on the Say hello page, the site receives the name, email address and message you type. They are sent to my mailbox and used only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. I do not add you to any mailing list and I do not pass your details on to anyone.

How long I keep it

The message stays in my mailbox for as long as it is needed to answer you and to work together, and then I delete it. If you want it deleted earlier, write to me and I will do it.

Cookies

The site sets one technical cookie, ci_session. It remembers your language choice and keeps the contact form working, and it expires after two hours. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Fonts and external content

All fonts are served from this website, so your visit is not reported to Google or any other font provider. Links to Houzz, Facebook and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own privacy rules.

Where the data is stored

The website is hosted by Hostinger (server in Germany). My email is hosted by Rackspace Email.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Montenegro this is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
